2. In order to stay lean and ripped, Will would run 5 miles 6 times per week. He would also do some boxing training 2 times per week.
3, Diet is hugely important is anyone's workout routine and there is no exception with Will. Because Will Smiths workout consisted of so much training- both weights and cardio, he would eat high levels of both protein and carbs. This would help speed up recovery and help with accelerated muscle growth.
